Karen Chuang is a dancer, teacher, and choreographer based in Los Angeles, CA. As a professional dancer Karen has toured and worked with some of pop culture's greatest icons including Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, and Lady Gaga. She has also performed in a variety of television shows, and most recently danced in Grease: Live. While engaging in the commercial dance industry as a performer, Karen continues to explore her individual voice as an artist. Meshing elements from her different experiences in the urban, commercial, and contemporary dance worlds, Karen's unique style has allowed her to teach internationally and across the U.S. She is currently a faculty member of Hollywood Vibe Dance Convention, and teaches occasionally at local studios and workshops across Southern California. When Karen's not dancing, you'll likely find her doing yoga, running, or shopping for vintage clothes.
Originally from Kansas City, Grayson McGuire moved to Los Angeles in 2012 to pursue a career in the commercial dance industry. He is represented by Clear Talent Group and is currently a member of both Dana Foglia Dance and Entity Contemporary Dance. Recent projects include: World tour with Helene Fischer, 2016 Lady Gaga Grammy performance, Every Single Step Television show with Nigel Lythgoe, Asia Monet City walk performance and Music Videos with Twenty One Pilots, Trevor Moran, and Shane Dawson. Grayson has taught, and set award winning choreography at studios around the US including: Boogiezone Utopia, Edge PAC, Elite Dance Academy, Jayvee Dance Center, and The Dance Company. Grayson fuses classical contemporary movement with strong hip hop foundation for an intricate and athletic experience. His teaching goal is to spread his profound love for dance and versatile movement to any student who is open minded and ready to give it their all.
Emily Crouch grew up in St. Louis, Missouri where she trained and competed in all styles of dance. In 2013, Emily made the move to Los Angeles to start her professional dance career with the company, SoulEscape, under the direction of Justin Giles. Shortly after moving Emily also began dancing for Entity Contemporary Dance. She then joined the cast of Pearl, which performed at the Lincoln center in New York under the direction of Daniel Ezralow. In addition to company work, Emily has also made her mark in the commercial dance world. She's appeared in Disney's "Just Dance," video games, and did a project for Disney Tokyo's new show "Under The Sea." Emily traveled to Germany last year to dance with the major artist, Helene Fischer. Other credits include Nike, Taylor Swift, Snoop Dogg, Tyra Banks, and Rayban, UFC, and Pepsi commercials.
Diana Schoenfield, a Nashville, Tennessee native, is a dancer and choreographer currently located in Los Angeles. She is a fifth-year member of Entity Contemporary Dance and second-year member of Culture Shock LA. Diana has worked closely with Donald McKayle as a member of his repertory company, Etude Ensemble. She's also trained with Sheron Wray, working with improvisation principles and Jazz choreography as a member of Wray's JazzXchange Organization. In 2014, Diana graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.F.A. in both Dance Choreography and Dance Performance. She has since presented original works in the Laguna Beach Festival of the Arts, McCallum Choreography Festival, TEDxOrangeCoast, and TEDxUCSD. Diana has also choreographed for Johnny Hallyday, Shane Dawson, Trisha Paytas, Joey Graceffa, Luke Conard, and Jake Coco. Diana’s diverse influences create a unique and dynamic contemporary style of movement and musicality. Through teaching, Diana is dedicated to spreading positivity, passion, and empowerment to her students.
